Author Bio
Andy Horne is a former Texas federal and state prosecutor and defense attorney specializing in fraud schemes and banking crimes. He interrupted his prosecution career to serve as a U.S. Navy Swift Boat officer in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. Later he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). He now lives with his wife in Galveston, Texas. He thinks and writes beyond the superficial.
